Pet Picts provides AI-generated pet portrait images. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You will be charged $14.99 per portrait pack. Portraits are delivered digitally immediately after payment.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image for portrait generation. We do not store your photos after processing.

4. Generated Portraits

You receive full personal and commercial usage rights for all generated portraits. We retain no rights to your generated images.

5. Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your portraits, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pet Picts is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
